Week #12 Part A : Using Business Specific Online Tools

In this week blog, I will be writing about using Business Specific Online Tools. I think that using online tools to find a new things is definitely positive impact for a business, and it might be possible to become online business friends if lucky. 


MEET UP Groups

I did not know that there is MEET UP Groups that I can find other people in the same field. I don't really know about this but it seems like I can connecting with others that have similar interests.


Google My Business plus other Google Tools and RATING SITES

In generally, Google has many tools we can use them for free so I believe that they might give me more chances to have potential customer. Especially, google map, people can physically see about us. Plus if they are curious, they can go into more details about what we do, how many star or rate we have, something like that. 

I think as a company of selling service in my future's business, Yelp could be help my business to promote a brand since all people can write comments, add images and star rating system. But, to get a great rate, I have to see what people did comments because it can actually improve my strategy and people might be wanting a different service that I don't do. 


Music Sites, Live Streaming, Twitch, TikTok and beyond

Since my future's business is delivery and transportations, I don't think that there is much advantage by using Music Sites, Live Streaming, Twitch, TikTok and Online Collaboration Tools. it is different world.

    I think for transportation music sites are definitely not helpful. But Google looks like a good option for you! Also, Yoshinori, if you would like I wouldn't mind doing language trading with you. I'm an English major and I could help proof read your homework. I could also help you practice speaking skills on Zoom. I am trying to learn Japanese so I would like someone to practice with.     Meet ups might work well for you. There are a lot of people looking for reliable shipping alternatives, especially at art shows, since many people travel long distances to get to them. The art they buy there needs to be shipped to their homes safely. Transporting it in a suitcase is dangerous business.

    You could get a booth at an art show and offer a coupon for your shipping services, which could be handed out in the freebies package most conventions offer. Then, when people buy large art pieces, you will be the first shipping company they look to.

    Google would be a good option for you. Like you mentioned, there are many tools they have and some which could be beneficial for you so I'd focus on that.

    Although you identified different tools that facilitate communication amongst firms and individuals, I got attracted to Yelp. I have never had much about this tool but I am interested in knowing more about it. I think it would be good when you expound on it in the coming assignments.

I like to share that I found many different point of view from each posts.  Was it different than what you had thought? or Similar? Depends on type of business, every single person have different and unique ideas, and it was  different than what I had thought. I would say other people have original thinking to the business.

Week #3 Part B: Developing a Brand

    This  is actually my first time to consider a business brand's so that I am just a bit excited.  I think that building original brand is an important for business.  I don't have business my own but there is the company exists in Japan that my parents created ever since I was born. I do help sometimes my father. what they doing is that simply to say "delivery". I think that it will categorized as transportation. I will might be working to help parents business.            There are a few website of the company  to introduce type of business  in the internet. But it does not have specific logo.  Because there is no logo of his company, this opportunity is good for me to think about it. Since it is truck driver business, I want to make a logo that everybody will be able to notice that it is transportation company. If I need to create logo, I would choose blue and yellow because...
