Week #6 Part A : Engaging Your Customers - FaceBook Strategy

List the businesses.           Amazon(Logistics), DHL, UPS,  FedEx,  DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats. Discuss why you chose the businesses you did.           I selected Amazon, DHL, UPS, FedEx companies that I believe they are same  category. The reason why I chose them was because each companies were well-known in the United States. I also chose DoorDash,  Grubhub and Uber Eats. They are food companies but also focus on delivery.  What types of post do these businesses make?          Most likely,   posts   that they made were combination of text, pictures and video. Amazon, DHL, UPS, FedEx, focusing on delivery, they made a video for every posts, and try to make it attractive. But, not "interesting".  I can watch till the end because informations are sometimes good, but it does not mean  interesting fo...

Week #5 Part B : Learning about FaceBook Data Collecting

Why are post reach and post engagement  important?          I think that post reach is quite important things in Facebook because I guess posting is main thing to do most likely. The biggest reason why I thought so is because I guess that what you posts in Facebook become your brand. I assume that nobody don't know my account and what I am doing in Facebook. But, I feel posting something can make people notice me.            The same as post reach, I definitely feel  post engagement  is important too. I did not know that  liking, sharing or commenting on it is called post engagement. I have never run a company with social media but I feel creative post or attractive video is to be a good impact for people who watching media app. If people like it, they might be following us and sharing our posts to anyone.    I believe that  new potential customers will find us w hen people engage with yo...

Week #4 Part B : Defining YOUR Target Market

Fictitious business      To begin this post, I want to state that the company I am going to be working through this semester is  a real company that exists in Japan by running in my family However, I want to take this opportunity consider as a fictitious business or a fake company.         Basically, what my parents is doing for running a company is transportation or delivery. I think that they work six business day and one day-off, every single week. There are seven trucks in the company. Sometimes, there is emergency call from a ffiliated company. There are many companies like my father’s one. If he is could not deliver due to out of cars, he recommends another similar company. It's been 23 years since my parents' company was established. I'm 22 years old, so I'm one year younger.       The biggest reason why I selected is because they do not use social media for their business, even though there’s might be more opportun...

Week #4 Part A : Defining Target Markets

I selected one set of Subway and Hungry Bear. I looked up two different website to compare.  I noticed that there are some target differences between each companies.  Subway      I saw a website of Subway. My first impression about home page was good . Good thing that t hey used a color of green mainly and white back color make the outlook simple.  Another good thing is the call to action in the landings page. It is giving a discount or visible promoting code, so that people feel that they are welcome and people will buy  a sandwich  faster.        Unlike hungry  bear.com, subway's website is more contents, I guess that is because subway is a chain shop. ( Subway  has approximately 41,600 locations in 104 countries and territories in  June 202 , and all independently owned.)  There were four social media on the bottom of the page. Only black color used but they were noticeable. Hungry Bea...

Week #3 Part B: Developing a Brand

This  is actually my first time to consider a business brand's so that I am just a bit excited.  I think that building original brand is an important for business.  I don't have business my own but there is the company exists in Japan that my parents created ever since I was born. I do help sometimes my father. what they doing is that simply to say "delivery". I think that it will categorized as transportation. I will might be working to help parents business.            There are a few website of the company  to introduce type of business  in the internet. But it does not have specific logo.  Because there is no logo of his company, this opportunity is good for me to think about it. Since it is truck driver business, I want to make a logo that everybody will be able to notice that it is transportation company. If I need to create logo, I would choose blue and yellow because...

Week #3 part A : Aesthetics, Design, and Branding

https://best-electronics-ca.com I felt that website did not create well. I guess that potential problem is outlook.   It is difficult to look at because the size is not same and shape of the letters are the same. Background color is only white.  I don't think it is professionally created. I think that HTML code skill will be able to help or improve web outlook because it can create more beautiful that is able to get attention from visitor. It might takes sometimes to create the outlook better due to so many informations. But I believe that it will look a way better after developing website http://www.roverp6cars.com I do not think there are not problems in this website. However, I noticed that something might be able to change better than current situation. It could be the color ? , pictures ? , styles?  I don't think this not made by professionally done. I guess adding more different picture on the left side could be improved to be more better outlook website...

Week #2 Part B : Business Research

iHerb https://www.iherb.com  This company retails nutritional and health care products. We can think of anything such as supplement, herbs, bathing and beauty products, grocery, kids accessories, and sports goods. I mainly order vitamin C and iron and so on.  .  Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest and Instagram were on the bottom of web page. They were tiny icon so that it was hard to find them. There was also QR. If we have app in our phone, we can go directly to see any products.  Amazon https://www.amazon.com Amazon is a vast internet-based enterprise company that is selling anything in general. A company is well known and so huge. It can do international business.  Amazon does not put visibly social media, but Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook were in website. We are also able to connect with gmail or something after downloading the apps.  NVIDIA https://www.nvidia.com Nvidia is an American technology company in Delaware, and based in Sant...

Week#2 Part A: Communication Between Business & Consumer

I think that c ommunicating with businesses is little changed. I feel like people prefer talking by online instead of face to face due to COVID-19. For example, companies in Japan switch to online business. They crate website and selling some products in individual company.        I looked at  iHerb company. There were two parts that customers could ask questions and post their reviews in online. I checked out entire post and questions. I found a few negative comments in it. It said that very disappointed because the material of product is not what he is looking for. I also noticed that any other posts and comments are positive. I feel like they are satisfied with products. Rating of product is 4.9 /5.0 so most of people posts and review as a good and there was 27,225 five stars.      If I need to share my review, I will type to be honest. So I migh...
